Kasia Dodman, ACNP, MBA

Owner

Leading up to owning EA Medical Aesthetics, Kasia trained in the medical field for nearly 15 years with experience at Brigham & Women’s Hospital and UMass Medical Center. In addition to being an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Kasia belongs to the Massachusetts Medical Group and is a member of the world-renowned Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts.

Painting as a youth and throughout her life, she has developed a keen eye for balance, symmetry, and beauty.

Along with the EA team, Kasia takes a holistic approach to enhancing clients radiant, natural beauty. This includes what happens at the Spa and in between treatments. Most importantly, Kasia encourages clients to treat themselves through nutrition, hydration, protection, rejuvenation, exercise, and relaxation techniques.

Outside the office, she enjoys painting and CrossFit as well as spending time with her husband Steve, and their two children, Jordan, and Rosie. Kasia’s favorite saying is “beauty is the illumination of your soul.”

Kay Hassard, LME

Licensed Medical Esthetician

Kay found her calling as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician in 1994. With 28 years of experience and thousands of satisfied clients, Kay has honed her craft, delivering world-class treatments and services to her clients time and time again. For Kay, it all starts with a deep understanding of her clients’ goals and developing meaningful relationships that she forges over time with her clients.

Kay finds fulfillment working with all types of skin, but enjoys performing anti-aging, acne, and rosacea treatments most.

Holding numerous professional certifications and having trained with some of the leading companies in the aesthetics industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the EA team. Kay’s favorite saying is, “Amazing treatment plans deliver amazing results.”

When not treating clients, Kay enjoys hiking in the woods and spending time on the beach alongside her husband, Jeff, and her French Bulldog, Anabelle.

Magan Paddock, LME

Licensed Medical Esthetician

Skincare and well-being have always been Magan’s passions. As a child, she loved creating “spas,” crafting homemade masks for family and friends, and providing massages and makeovers.

Magan began her career at EA Medical Aesthetics in 1998 as a receptionist and advanced her interests to become a Licensed Medical Esthetician after graduating from Catherine Hinds Institute in 1999.

With over two decades of experience, she has developed extensive knowledge and enjoys helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Magan aims to understand each client’s needs and goals and then works to help them achieve their desired results. Magan is known for saying, “Every individual is different and requires a unique course of treatment and skin care regimen to get the optimal results”.

Gabriela Kaminska, LME

Licensed Medical Esthetician

The moment Gabriela finished her Aesthetic Training program in Poland, she knew that she had found her career. She has been perfecting her aesthetic techniques for nearly 20 years and values taking a whole-person approach when working with her clients on their skin care needs.

Gabriela begins with each client by working to identify and address the cause of skin problems rather than simply treating the symptoms. In her own words, “a healthy you is reflected in your perfectly glowing skin”. Believing that every woman is powerful and that when women unleash their inner beauty, anything is possible, is the drive that keeps her going. Continuing her aesthetic education is a constant focus while being genuinely curious about new techniques and treatments.

Trust and effective communication are center stage when Gabriela is working with EA Medical Aesthetics clients.

Kasia Fintzel, LME

Licensed Medical Esthetician

Kasia has been in the beauty industry for over 12 years. She started her career as a hairstylist and then became certified in advanced skin care techniques. From a very young age, Kasia knew that beauty and aesthetics were her passion and her destined career path.

Working with people and helping them understand their skin and how to maintain its health and vitality is forefront. Kasia loves staying updated on the latest skin treatments and discovering new waxing methods. She is constantly amazed by how much the industry is continuously advancing and changing. Kasia has numerous certifications and has worked with a plethora of top-quality skin care lines.

Beyond the wonderful world of skincare, you can find Kasia on her motorcycle or on the hunt for the best lobster roll in New England!

Bryanna Dowd, LME

Licensed Medical Esthetician

Bryanna Dowd, a passionate licensed esthetician dedicated to helping clients achieve their skin goals. She does this using personalized and advanced treatments. Bryanna’s journey in the beauty industry began in 2017 as a professional makeup artist, where she discovered her desire to empower individuals beyond makeup by enhancing natural beauty and confidence through skincare. This realization led her to transition into esthetics, obtaining her license in 2022. Bryanna continues to be driven by her belief that healthy skin is the foundation of beauty. Specializing in treatments for concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, and age management, Bryanna takes a holistic approach. She prioritizes understanding each client’s unique needs and lifestyle to develop tailored treatment plans that deliver effective results. Bryanna says, “Healthy skin is always the goal, and beautiful skin is the outcome.”

When away from the med spa, Bryanna enjoys hiking with her boyfriend and their son, Luca. She places great importance on personal well-being, engaging in activities like Pilates, reading, cooking, and indulging in luxurious skincare routines to nurture both body and soul.

April Beland, LMT, CR, CAp

Licensed Massage Therapist / Certified Reflexologist, Acupressure Therapist

April Beland has been fascinated by the mechanics of the human body since childhood. In 2003, she embraced the opportunity to change her career path and began her journey to becoming a massage therapist. She has dedicated herself to helping countless clients achieve health and well-being.

With 20+ years of experience, April specializes in addressing chronic pain, acute injuries, medical conditions, and stress-related muscle tension. She is certified in reflexology and acupressure, further enhancing her ability to tailor each session to meet her clients’ unique needs. April strives to create a safe and comfortable environment where clients can relax as she works to ease their discomfort during massage and reflexology sessions.

Other cool facts about April include that she enjoys exploring the scenic New England coastline with friends and family. April finds joy while at home with a cup of tea, a good book, and her cat, Rosie.

Andrea Moore

Operations Manager and Controller

Andrea’s experience with EA Medical Aesthetics began as a client nearly 25 years ago. She came in for acne treatments and fell in love with the experience and results that she received. She felt so passionately about the business that she began to work at EA in high school. She then completed her education in business with a focus on accounting. She has consulted with a variety of companies over the years and now applies her skills and business knowledge to EA ensuring the back-office operations run smoothly. Andrea enjoys working at EA as the mission is to help people get real results and feel good about themselves.

In her spare time, Andrea enjoys going to the gym and pushing herself with many forms of races. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and her kitties.

Lisa Giffee

Med Spa Coordinator

Before joining EA Medical Aesthetics 18 years ago, Lisa spent the majority of her career in the medical and fitness industries. Her passion is helping others live more holistically. She especially enjoys answering questions EA clients may have and pairing clients with the right aestheticians, products and services needed to achieve their goals.

When she is not at EA, Lisa enjoys cooking and spending time with her friends and family.

Joanna Belanger

Social Media Coordinator and Website Maintenance Administrator

Joanna has been a valued member of EA Medical Aesthetics since February 2016. Beginning her journey as a Spa Coordinator, she transitioned in 2020 to focus exclusively on Social Media Marketing and Website Maintenance for the spa. With her many years of experience in social media and content planning, Joanna plays a key role in shaping EA Medical Aesthetics’ online presence.

Joanna’s creative vision and technical expertise help ensure the spa’s digital platforms reflect its commitment to excellence and innovation.

Along with her husband Derek, Joanna enjoys sport climbing, exploring nature, and spending quality time with friends and family. These interests fuel her creativity and reflect her love for new challenges and meaningful connections.

Christina Gianakos

Med Spa Coordinator

Christina was a loyal client for over 20 years before joining the team at EA Medical Aesthetics. Some of her family members have been clients for nearly 30 years! With many years of experience as a medical secretary and a background as a nail technician, Christina deeply values the importance of personalized care.

Genuine happiness for Christina stems from witnessing the joy that clients experience after their treatments.

As a wife and mother, Christina enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Ben, their children, Kendall and Nate, and their two cats, Symphony and Hazel.

Vanessa Paddock

Med Spa Coordinator

With her mother, Magan, here at EA as an esthetician for her entire life, it was natural for Vanessa to be interested in skincare. Always eager to try new treatments and products, she enjoys helping others feel the same excitement for their skincare journey.

Working at EA Medical Aesthetics while still in high school, Vanessa has been thrilled to apply her skills in both skincare and graphic design.

You will learn that time with friends, family, and her dogs is key to Vanessa’s happiness. You may also find her relaxing with a good book!
